Protein iz surutke se smatra “kraljem” svih proteina za bodibilding jer ima najveću biološku vrednost.

Protein iz surutke ima najbolji aminokiselinski profil i veću koncentraciju (25%) BCAA od bilo kog drugog proteinskog izvora. Aminokiselinski sastav ovog preparata zasniva se na 47,5% tzv. anaboličkih aminokiselina razgranatog lanca (BCAA, arginin, glutamin, tirozin). Komponenta ovog preparata je i 10% mikrofrakcija imunoglobulina koja utiče na poboljšanje imunog sistema uključujući povećanje sinteze endogenog glutationa, koji je najmoćniji prirodni antioksidant u ljudskom organizmu.

Ovaj preparat sadrži i peptide sa četiri aminokiseline koji ublažavaju bol u mišićima nakon intenzivnog treninga. 100% Whey Protein Professional sadrži veoma mali procenat laktoze, a obogaćen je L-glutaminom, najzastupljenijom aminokiselinom u mišićima.
